Popeye visited Massillon, Ohio to join the line of march for the Annual Christmas Parade. sponsored by Historic Massillon Main Street, a nonprofit organization. To the delight of the crowds, the World’s Most Famous Sailor Man rode in a classic 1946 Navy Jeep, greeting fans on every side.
