People lining the route of the 68th annual Frontier Day Parade in downtown Terre Haute, Ind., on the Fourth of July were treated to a delightful array of festooned families and the sight of Popeye, the World’s Most Famous Sailor Man, escorting his goil, Olive Oyl, down Wabash Avenue.
